At the time of this post the Dodgers have one out left in the bottom of the 9th to score 4 (or 5 to win) runs. If not, i’m calling it. Season over. Good job Roy.
The Los Angeles Cubs won the game last night. 2 run home run by ex-Cub Reed Johnson and a complete game two hit shutout from ex-Cub Lilly. It helps wipe away the bad taste of the losses. I really liked that Ted gave props to Ausmus in the post game interview as well. Good stuff.
Broxton, buddy. I’m having trouble defending you lately. Even on the games you’ve saved it’s been a little shaky. Lots of walks, combined with a few meatballs. I know you can be our lights out “Iron Man” closer. So, since the season is pretty much over. Let’s work on this.
Last night hurt, and it’s not all Broxton’s fault. Let’s not forget how terrible Bellisario was, and how terrible Torre’s bullpen management will always be. Kenley Jansen though… right guys?

As I posted before. I took a roll of color film on Opening Day, and a roll of black & white on opening night. I need to get my own Horizon Perfekt, it’s an awesome camera.

Eric Stults sold to Japan. Well I was rooting for him to make the 5th starter spot and the Dodgers sold him to the Hiroshima Carp. Looks like Haeger is going to be number 5.
