A Decision
Securing my post season tickets will cost $1,500. My “savings” is considerably less than that, so I’d have to get a loan. Now I would be putting down a deposit for every possible NLDS, NLCS, and World Series game, so I’m likely to get some of it back. Worst case scenario is I don’t get most of it back because we go to the World Series. Good trade off.
So do I do...
My Prediction
I’m going to play nostraDUMBus here just for my own entertainment. Mostly to see how close I can get and mostly because I WANT to win this series, and am scared we wont.

Snagging Baseballs →
This dude snags BP balls, Foul Balls, etc. at ball parks all over the country. His blog is full of tips and tricks to get a baseball at the game. I’ve gotten ONE BP ball at Dodger Stadium, and have come close to a few fouls (including the one off Holliday’s bat that hit me on Monday). Anyway, totally awesome blog.

Kate and I looked at each other like “ooooh shit” and then my slingbox cut out and we went “Noooo!”. I cringed just as bad this second time hearing it. The players faces are priceless

The Los Angeles Dodgers will offer fans a free Dodger Dog, courtesy of Farmer John, on Monday, September 14 when the Dodgers host the Pittsburgh Pirates at 7:10 p.m. Farmer John, a 51-year partner, and the Dodgers will distribute vouchers to all fans good for one Dodger Dog as they enter the turnstiles.
